We are a long way from home and two problems developed – our Eberspacher diesel heater would not start and our Flojet water pumps would not turn off.
Diesel heater not started
We contacted Marien and Rita and they ordered spare parts for the diesel heater. We arrived at their place on the agreed day and Marien not only carried out a full service of the heater and fitted the spare parts, but he also showed David how to do this service so we can now repair the heater if it fails again while we are travelling in remote places.
Marien also adjusted the cut-off water pressure of our Flojet pumps and showed us how to perform that adjustment if necessary in the future. The pumps now work perfectly.
Besides Marien’s excellent mechanical knowledge, we really appreciated the fact that Rita always replied to our emails very quickly – generally within hours.
All in all, this was a very successful visit. As a result, we strongly recommend Camper Service Portugal. And thank you Marien and Rita for your friendly and helpful attitude.
